Ingredients

• OPCOM lettuce (any kind)

• Olive oil x 2 teaspoons

• 1/3 cup lemon juice

• OPCOM tomatoes

• Salt, black pepper amount

• OPCOM cucumbers


 

Directions

• Dressing: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black peppers.

• Wash all the vegetables

• In a large serving bowl, toss together the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers.

• Pour dressing over salad just before serving, and toss to coat.
