Consumers are entitled to a seven-day hesitation period upon receiving goods, but how do you process a return?

If you need to apply for a return within seven days of receiving the product, please go to the "Contact" section and leave your name, phone number, email, and other contact details. Additionally, please fill in the following information in the "Notes" section:

    1. 1. Model of the product you wish to return
    2. 2. The purchase order number (this number will be sent to the consumer's mailbox after purchase, so please check your email)
    3. 3. Shipping address
    4. 4. Reason for the return
  • Our specialist will review your return request and contact you as soon as possible. If the request is not made within the stipulated period, a return or refund cannot be processed, except in cases where the product has a defect.

What is the process after applying for a return?

    • After completing the return application, please prepare the original product. Our company will review your return request within one business day following the day we receive your application. Once the review is complete, we will commission a designated delivery company to contact you via phone within five business days to arrange the collection of the returned product. Please keep your phone line open and have the original product, along with all packaging and accessories, ready for pickup by the designated delivery company (the delivery company is only responsible for collection, while the return will be inspected by our company). The delivery company will provide you with a receipt upon collection, so please keep it for your records. The returned product must be in brand new condition with all packaging intact (including the product, accessories, packaging, manufacturer’s box, and all accompanying documents or materials). Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after our company receives the returned product.

Are there any specific products that cannot be returned?

Yes, planting kits and any kits that have been used on behalf of the customer are consumables and are not eligible for returns once sold.
