Consumers’ rights and obligations

1. OPCOM offers our members 30 days hesitation period from time of goods receipt. Please return the merchandise to OPCOM along with original invoice, packing list and a note describing the issue, specify whether to refund or replacement with your signatures and company stamped commercial invoice. We will process immediately as soon as we receive it.
2. Friendly reminder: Make sure the merchandise including all accompanying accessories, packaging, gifts, warranty letter, and documents are complete and not damaged.
(1) Please return the goods in the original packing outer carton. If the original outer carton is missing, please use your own outer carton to pack the product, never directly write or stick papers on internal packaging of the products.
(2) If the item you are going to return were sold at a promotional price by multiple sets, no single item return is acceptable, the whole sets items are to be returned if the return is to be arranged.
(3) If the item you are going to return were purchased by E-Coupon or reward points, the E-Coupon or reward points will be returned as well.
(4) If member return too many items after purchase many times and cause concern, OPCOM reserve the right to stop transaction or cancel membership
(5) It takes time on inspection/testing on the returned items, might take up to 2 weeks working time to process.
(6) OPCOM currently only accept same commodity replacement, cannot replace A item by B, so please apply refund for the returned item and re-order the item you need.
3.Please note hesitation period is not trial period. If you find the commodity not what as expected, please do not use it and immediately follow the return policy to arrange goods return.
4.The returned goods that with following circumstances might be identified as not necessary to be checked by us again and member/consumer is entitled to bear costs of damages.so if you have any concerns or questions about our products or how to use our products, please contact us directly.
1. Main commodity: (1) Except for faulty goods, if packaging of the returned goods had been opened, including the seal or identification tags removed, or not a complete original packaging (2) stain or traces on the commodity. If the original packaging is damaged the return will not be acceptable or the damaged costs will be deducted from the refund of payment.
2. Software, accessories such as seeds, LED bulbs, fans and etc: Except for faulty goods, if packaging of the returned goods had been opened, including the seal or identification tags removed, or not a complete original packaging
5.Warranty Terms and conditions
Warranty period for different products is stated on the web site and starts on the date the products are sold, so keep and present your purchase document for the warranty period calculation, if consumer cannot present purchase document, OPCOM will use serial no on the product to determine.
6.The warranty is not covered if the products are damaged by following reasons during the warranty period, but can repairs with charges
1. Damaged from the transportation
2. Damages from the human improper use
3. Natural Disasters or incorrect power voltage issue
*. The root cause of damaged is determined by original engineering technician, if any costs occur, our customer service representative will contact customers by email or phone to communicate about the solutions.
7.For pre-orders, customers agree to make payment in advance and wait for longer lead time than the stock goods, the exact lead time for pre-orders is committed by the online customer representative when the pre-order is released.
8.Others:
1.If the returned good is not faulty and determined to good product after checking and testing by our engineering, consumers should be accountable for all relevant cost incur.
2.If product or packaging is damaged on arrival, please notify our online customer representative as soon as possible and arrange the return, we will send customers brand new replacement if it’s identified as faulty product.
3.To apply return or replacements, call OPCOM or email online customer representative informing order number, reasons to return/replacement, purchasers name, contact numbers, email and address.
4.The return will be rejected if the product is damaged by improper human use, incomplete packaging or invoice/ accessories missing.
