Ingredients:

•  OPCOM lettuce leaves

•  2 slices bread

•  1 piece of ham

•  1 poached egg

•  1 tablespoon mayonnaise

 

Directions:

•  Spread one slice of bread with mayonnaise.

•  Place lettuce leaves on top of the mayonnaise, then top with the another-side of the other piece of bread.

•  Finish and serve.
