3~5 OPCOM sweet peppers

5 bacon

1 tea spoon of salt

Cooking instructions
1.  Cut the peppers into small strips
2.  Heat a skillet over mid-high heat and add the bacon pieces and cook.  
3.  Stirring frequently, until they are browned, take out
4. Turn the burner to medium heat, add the peppers and some water in, stir fry them approximately 3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked bacon pieces and stir to combine. Ready to serve.
