Ingredients

•  1 OPCOM cucumber (peeled and diced).

•  1 can tuna (or chicken, drained well, lg can, optional).

•  Bread (French Bread).

•  1/2 teaspoons salt.

•  1/2 teaspoons pepper.

•  4 tablespoons mayonnaise.

Directions

•  Beat the tuna, mayonnaise, salt and pepper together .

•  Add OPCOM cucumber.

•  Spread the mayonnaise with tuna on bread.
