Ways to earn OPCOM Farm reward points:

You can earn reward points once you become an online OPCOM Farm member.
Members can use their points to reduce the purchase price of a product based on the following scale: 100 points = $1.00 off.

1.Join membership rewards: Receive free 20 points by successfully join with OPCOM Farm membership, these 20 points can be used from your next purchase.
2.Birthday rewards: Log onto OPCOM Farm online on your birthday to receive 100 points that can be used from your next purchase.

How to use your reward points:

1. The reward points earned by member from OPCOM Farm web site can only be used in the transaction on OPCOM Farm web site.
2.The amount of product price redeemed by earned reward points will not be calculated in the new reward points, and whether or not the transportation fee is waived depends on the actual transaction amount.
3.The reward points can only be redeemed for purchase price of the product, not transportation cost.
4.The value of 100 rewards points equal to USD one dollar.
5.The points earned from current transaction can only be redeemed from the next purchase.

Bonus points effective agreement:

1.The earned points before redemption not considered as members’ assets, cannot sell, transfer or gifted to any third party, nonredeemable for cash, and nontransferable between different accounts.
2.OPCOM Farm reserves the right to cancel earned reward points of the member or trace back redeemed goods if the reward points are determined by OPCOM Farm to be received by improper conduct.
3. The validity period for the points awarded: no expiry date for the earned points, can keep accumulating.
4.The reward points are only valid in the membership holder’s county of residence, not transferrable between web sites of different country system.
5.OPCOM Farm reserve the right to change or cancel this reward program.

To look up how many reward points you’ve earned, please log onto web site by member account, password and check from the “reward points inquiry”. If you have any questions please send us email at info@opcom.com, the accumulated points earned is based on records on our OPCOM Farm web site.

Reward Points regarding goods return/ replacement:

1.When a replacement occurs, and product price of the replacement is less than the original purchasing price, we’ll return the value difference to customer. If product price of the replacement is more than the original purchasing price, OPCOM will charge the difference for the higher value of the replacement and calculate the reward points accordingly.
2.If a purchase applied with redeeming reward point, but then purchased goods to be returned, the total purchase amount is returnable but not redeemed rewords points.
